Life’s been so busy lately. A couple of weeks ago my fifth and final year at University started and although the amount of classes is pretty limited, my thesis – the thing that should be my ‘pièce de résistance’ - is taking in quite a lot of my time, but I don’t mind. It’s going to be legendary! (… or at least that’s what I’m telling myself.)
Also, there’s this textbook I’m writing for the University for which I have regular deadlines, but again I don’t mind, as the wage also gives me the opportunity to buy some long awaited designer items. (Coming soon!)
So all is good… but quite hectic.
Anyhow, I wanted to collect some things in this blogpost that I’m really liking lately. Do you have any recent discoveries you now wouldn’t be able to live without?
I’ve mentionned these little bottles before in my favourite cocktail recipe, but I’ve also been using them in the bottle of water I always take to classes. They’re a nice change and they definitely make it easier to drink enough water during the day. Definitely recommend them as they are pretty cheap but very effective! (Available here)
The jeans you see in this photo is a recent buy but I’ve allready worn it way too often. The length really reminds me of the ‘parisienne chique’ look that I love to create to go to classes.
Winter months are coming and that means indoor pampering to get through the most depressing part of the year. Nothing more effective than luxurious, deliciously smelling and rich creams and serums.
The other weekend my boyfriend and I created a little Japanese restaurant dinner at home. (Way too much) Sushi! It was delicious and I definitely recommend it. During these cold Fall and Winter months nothing beats staying in.
Blue can be a tricky shade for nail polish, but I think this Pronails one – which looks a lot like a Chanel one – is spot on!
Talking about things I’m liking lately… My sister got a puppy a couple of weeks ago and the entire family is crazy about him. Meet Elmo!
When it comes to beauty products, these newcomers made quite an impression. Not only is the packaging totally fun, the scent and the quality of the creams are very welcome replenishers for the upcoming seasons.
